【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversacrosslinkedinsulatingcompoundforelectricalwiresandcables.Therubberpolymerisprimarilycomposedofsyntheticrubber.Thistypeofinsulationissuitableforcontinuousoperationatconductortemperaturesnotexceeding90?Cindrylocations,andoperatingvoltagesnotexceeding2000V.Thisinsulationmayhavelow-temperaturelimitations.Consultthemanufacturerforspecificrecommendationsforinstallation.Inmanyinstancestheinsulationcannotbetestedunlessithasbeenformedaroundaconductor.Therefore,testsaredoneoninsulatedwireinthisstandardsolelytodeterminetherelevantpropertyoftheinsulationandnottotesttheconductororcompletedcable.Whenevertwosetsofvaluesarepresented,indifferentunits,thevaluesinthefirstsetarethestandard,whilethoseinparenthesesareforinformationonly.
