【摘要】:MaterialsEvaluation8212;ThesetestmethodsweredevelopedtosupplementthetestingofEpsteinspecimensforapplicationsinvolvingtheuseofflat,shearedlaminationswherethetestingofEpsteinspecimensineithertheas-shearedorstress-relief-annealedconditionfailstoprovidethemostsatisfactorymethodofpredictingmagneticperformanceintheapplication.Asaprincipalexample,thetestmethodshavebeenfoundparticularlyapplicabletothecontrolandevaluationofthemagneticpropertiesofthermallyflattened,grain-orientedelectricalsteel(ConditionF5,SpecificationA876)usedaslaminationstockforcoresofpowertransformers.Inasmuchasthetestmethodscanonlybereliablyusedtodetermineunidirectionalmagneticproperties,thetestmethodshavelimitedapplicabilitytothetestingoffullyprocessednonorientedelectricalsteelsasnormallypracticed(SpecificationA677).SpecificationAcceptance8212;Thereproducibilityoftestresultsandtheaccuracyrelativetothe25-cm[250-mm]Epsteinmethodoftestareconsideredsuchastorenderthetestmethodssuitableformaterialsspecificationtesting.InterpretationofTestResults8212;Becauseofspecimensize,considerablevariationinmagneticpropertiesmaybepresentwithinasinglespecimenorbetweenspecimensthatmaybecombinedfortestingpurposes.Also,variationsmayexistintestvaluesthatarecombinedtorepresentatestlotofmaterial.Testresultsreportedwilltherefore,ingeneral,representaveragesofmagneticqualityandincertainapplications,particularlythoseinvolvingnarrowwidthsoflaminations,deviationsinmagneticperformancefromthoseexpectedfromreporteddatamayoccurattimes.Additionally,applicationoftestdatatothedesignorevaluationofaparticularmagneticdevicemustrecognizetheinfluenceofmagneticcircuitryuponperformanceandthepossibledeteriorationinmagneticpropertiesarisingfromconstructionofthedevice.RecommendedStandardTests8212;Thesetestmethodshavebeenprincipallyappliedtothemagnetictestingofthermallyflattened,grain-orientedelectricalsteelsat50and60Hz.Specificcorelossat15or17kG[1.5or1.7T]andpeakpermeability(ifrequired)at10Oe[796A/m]aretherecommendedparametersforevaluatingthisclassofmaterial.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofspecificcorelossandpeakpermeabilityofsinglelayersofsheet-typespecimenstestedwithnormalexcitationatafrequencyof50or60Hz.Note18212;Thesetestmethodshavebeenappliedonlyatthecommercialpowerfrequencies,50and60Hz,butwithproperinstrumentationandapplicationoftheprinciplesoftestingandcalibrationembodiedinthetestmethods,theyarebelievedtobeadaptabletotestingatfrequenciesrangingfrom25to400Hz.1.2Thesetestmethodsusecalibrationproceduresthatprovidecorrelationwiththe25-cm[250-mm]Epsteintest.1.3Therangeoftestmagneticfluxdensitiesisgovernedbythepropertiesofthetestspecimenandbytheavailableinstrumentsandotherequipmentcomponents.Normally,nonorientedelectricalsteelscanbetestedoverarangefrom8to16kG[0.8to1.6T]forcoreloss.Fororientedelectricalsteels,thenormalrangeextendsto18kG[1.8T].Maximummagneticfluxdensitiesinpeakpermeabilitytestingarelimitedprincipallybyheating......
