【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestowinterservicemachineswhicharedefinedinclause3.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards(seeclause4)identifiedthroughariskassessmentpertinenttowinterservicemachineswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithsignificanthazardsassociatedwithnoiseandEMC.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazardsassociatedonlywithmachineoperation,settingandadjustments,loaddischargeandroutinemaintenance.Winterservicemachinesarenormallymountedoncarriervehicles(e.g.trucks,tractors,constructionmachineryandmobileindustrialhandlingequipment).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverrequirementsforthecarriervehiclesevenwherespecificmodificationshavebeenmadetorealisethewinterserviceapplication.Theserequirementswillbehandledindirectivesandstandardsfortheconstructionofcarriervehicles.Theuseofwinterservicemachinesinpublicroadtrafficisgovernedbynationalregulations.Thisstandarddoesnotcoveranyrequirementsfordemountablebodyworksystems(e.g.demountablecontainers).Theserequirementsarespecifiedinotherstandards.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwith:—machinesorcomponentswhicharesolelydesignedforclearingrailssuchasrailsweepersorblowers;—walker-operatedandhand-heldwinterservicemachines;—highwaymaintenancemachinescoveredbyprEN13524,suchasfront-mountedsweepers;—machinesforthemaintenanceofsportsgrounds;—machinesforagriculture,horticultureandforestry;—machinesintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestowinterservicemachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthestandardbyCEN.
