【摘要】:TheproposedstandardhasbeenderivedfromtheInternationalOrganizationforStandardization(ISO)U.S.GuidetotheExpressionofUncertaintyinMeasurementtopromoteconsistentinternationalmethodsintheexpressionofmeasurementuncertaintywithinU.S.standardization,calibration,laboratoryaccreditation,andmetrologyservices.ItisidenticaltotheISOGuide(correctedandreprinted,1995)withtheexceptionofminoreditorialchangestofacilitateit'suseintheUnitedStates.Thesechangesareasfollows:(1)adotonthelineisusedasthedecimalmarkerinsteadofacomma,(2)thespellingofwordsisinaccordancewithWebster'sThirdNewInternationalDictionaryinsteadoftheOxfordenglishDictionary,and(3)therunningheadsonpagesarepartiallymodified.
